Contact and quote request forms

When you submit our “Request a Quote” form or any other contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide – typically your name, email address, phone number, and message content – so we can respond to your enquiry and put together a tour itinerary or quote for you.

Tour bookings

When you book a tour with us, we collect the traveller details needed to arrange your trip – names, contact details, travel dates, number of travellers, and any special requirements you tell us about. Where a booking involves payment, that payment is processed through our booking system’s integrated payment methods; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Newsletter sign-up

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address so we can send you updates, offers, and travel inspiration. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

Cookies and analytics

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functioning, and we use Google Analytics (via Site Kit by Google / MonsterInsights) to understand how visitors use our site – for example, which pages and tours are most popular. Who we share data with

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run our business and this website:

• With our email delivery provider, so booking confirmations, quote replies, and newsletters actually reach your inbox.
• With payment processors integrated into our booking system, to handle any payments you make to us.
• With Google (Analytics, Maps, Translate), Akismet, and our website hosting provider, who process limited data on our behalf as described above.
• Where we’re required to by law.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry, quote, and booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@wandernestsafari.com. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults arranging travel, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
